Lower Parel is roughly 20 minutes away, with the Eastern Express Highway close by as well. Both Navasa Sea Link and BKC are just 15 minutes away from the society.
Coming to the Raheja Amaltis possession date, the project will be ready to move in by September 2028 which doesn’t fit our purchase schedule as we’re looking for a house within the next couple of years. However, it might be the ideal one for you as this project has everything for a lavish lifestyle.

Hello there, we contacted the builder team for this project about a month ago. After hearing about the details, we visited the project. The area of the homes being offered here is spacious enough, ranging from 1310 to 2230 sq. ft.
Coming to the Raheja Amaltis price list, the starting price is Rs. 5.07 crore. The price is a bit higher than what we were looking to spend, but with the offerings, the overall deal looks good.
Registered under RERA, the number for Wing A is P51900054129. We are yet to decide, but it seems like we’ll go with it.

So we visited this project by Raheja Builders and I’ll share the Raheja Amaltis reviews with you based on our experience. The project has 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK luxury flats next to the BKC Connector in Sion. The location itself attracted us as the BKC is within reach of 3 km.
Upon inquiring, we got insights into the highlights of the project. Some of the ones I can remember include a living room with a private deck, rooftop amenities and more.
So, we feel this is a pretty good investment opportunity in Mumbai. We’re looking to make our booking later this week.
