What are the Raheja Galaxy, NIBM, Pune Reviews?

Hello, I saw you were looking for a review of this project. Having visited it recently, I can share my opinion here. We were checking out the 3 BHK flat here and the Raheja Galaxy 3BHK price starts at Rs. 1.79 crores, while for the 3 BHK large, the starting price is Rs. 2.55 crores.

I read the other reviews before and they have summed up pretty much, so let me share the amenities here, which impressed me quite a lot.

There is a swimming pool, a floating walkway, a gym, a dance studio, an indoor games area, a forest oasis pool with a floating island, and more.

So, I have a positive outlook about this project but we are waiting to see if this is the best we can get.

We went to see this project as we have been searching for a 2 BHK in Pune for a while now. This project is located in Mohammadwadi, NIBM and we like the locality a lot. 

The Raheja Galaxy 2BHK price starts at Rs. 1.25 crores which I feel is a bit expensive, but given the features of this project, this is a premium space. There is a lot of open space in this apartment with low-density development and retail spaces have been planned on the ground floor of this project.

The Raheja Galaxy RERA number is P52100054218. Although we haven’t made a booking we are thinking of finalising the deal here.

Hi there. We went to check out this upcoming project being built by the Raheja Builders. So, I’d be happy to write my Raheja Galaxy review here. 

This project is located in NIBM and the location made me interested in this project in the first place. This is because there are Dorabjee’s Mall, Heritage Mall, Lifeline Hospital, Command Hospital, Pune Bengaluru Bypass, and the Pune Mumbai Highway near this project, ranging from 1 kilometre to 6 kilometres. So, I feel this would be a good house to buy from an investment perspective.

As for the Raheja Galaxy unit configuration, there are 2 and 3 BHK flats here with a view of beautiful hills, which further made me book a 3 BHK here. I’d recommend you give this project a visit.
