My sister recently bought an apartment in this project and I asked her to take me here. I visited the Rail Vihar location, which was Sector 56, Gurugram, Haryana 122022, along with her. During my visit, I found that the units were quite spacious and received ample natural light and wind. From my sister, I also learned about the locational advantages of the project, which are

  • Sector 55-56 Metro Station, 1.5 km 

  • Artemis Hospital Gurgaon, 3.2 km

  • Fortis Memorial Research Institute, 5.1 km

  • K.R.Mangalam World School, 6.7 km

  • FitnessClub Gym, 1.5 km

  • PVR @ M3M 65th Avenue, 6.0 km

  • Fabindia, 2.5 km 

  • More Supermarket, 0.7 km

Now, I have also planned to purchase a unit there, just waiting on a few paperwork.

While I was looking for Vastu-compliant apartments, I came across a Rail Vihar Review. I visited the project to learn more about it. During the visit I asked about the amenities they have and the executive informed me they have a multipurpose court, basketball court, piped gas line, badminton court, and community hall. The project also has a swimming pool, which was very clean and maintained. I also had the opportunity to speak with a few property staffs, who were very polite and helpful. I have already decided to purchase a unit there.

While looking for properties in Gurgaon Sector 56, I learned about this project from a friend of mine. My friend had bought a 3 BHK unit there and he told me that apartments here are affordable and that I should check it out. I visited the property and during that, I asked about the Rail Vihar unit configuration. The excretive shared a list with me that I have added below.

Rs. 1.35 - Rs. 1.4 Cr

3 BHK

1125 sq. ft. - 1750 sq. ft.

Rs. 2.3 - Rs. 2.55 Cr

Since the price seemed to be in my budget, I decided to book a 3 BHK unit there.
