I read a few Rajparis Arkay Garden reviews before visiting the project. It is being built by Rajparis in Poonamallee with around 200 plus open plots in total. There are quite some features here that we haven’t come across elsewhere. For instance, the plots are floodproof with elevated roads and a really nice open area of 36 percent of the total project area.
Coming to the Rajparis Arkay Garden address, Poonamallee is a good area to live in. The Outer Ring Road is just 1 km away, while commute options like bus and metro are within the 5 km radius. The plots are ready to construct, which we have been looking for. So, we have decided to make an offer to the builder.

Hi there. We went to check out the plots up for sale in this project last month. I must say that the project is big and has a lot of premium features. You get plots ranging from 600 sq. ft. to 2400 sq. ft. here.
There is a proper system to capture and store excess rainwater to tackle water scarcity. Also, the builder told us they have worked on flood protection by raising the soil by up to 5 feet. I heard some say Urbanrise Opus96 price is high but worth it.Overall, this is a nice place to live and we are considering making an offer soon.

We were looking for a plot to buy in Chennai and came across this project recently. As Rajparis Arkay Garden possession date was scheduled for this year, the plots are ready to construct which is something we have been interested in. Overall you see, the project is kind of a mixed bag. The location is decent, and there are good features like solar lights, a basketball court, an amphitheatre, a children’s play area and landscaping.
There are elevated roads, which might be able to prevent waterlogging inside, but the surrounding regions are still prone to waterlogging. This has been an issue in the past, which we learned from some residents. So, that is one issue that is present there.
