Initially, they will quote you a certain amount, but then they keep adding additional charges. They quoted me Rs. 20,000 to book their services and didn’t bother to tell me it was exclusive of the packaging. I had to pay an additional amount of Rs. 2500 for the same. My belongings were not properly packed and they didn’t handle the glass items carefully. As a result, a lot of my items broke during the move. I paid a lot for this awful service and they never addressed my concerns properly. A big NO from my end.
