I recently explored Ramky One North, ready for possession since 2018, and was impressed. I booked a 3BHK flat of 1100 sq ft and the Ramky One North price for my flat was only Rs. 79 lakhs. Mid-sized flats with all the latest amenities are available at Ramky One North, which is on Doddaballapura Road just across from the BMSIT campus. With a fully functional clubhouse and round-the-clock security, the facilities and infrastructure are excellent. The apartments are small but well-built, making them perfect for small families. These flats are in a great location if you work in North Bangalore up to Hebbal. Overall, I will recommend it and rate it 4.5 out of 5 under my Ramky One North reviews.

No wonder Ramky One North reviews often praise its excellent location. For me, a diverse mix of families and students reside in this lovely, serene community. I have been living here for a year, and I adore it. Its location is one of its biggest highlights. It is near key roads like Bellary Road and Bagalur Main Road. It’s just 17 km from Kempegowda International Airport and 9 km from Manyata Tech Park.
What impressed me most were the nearby schools like Chrysalis High and Cambridge Public School, along with hospitals like K K Hospital. The abundant greenery, including Kuvempu Park and Kogilu Lake Walk Park, adds charm to the area. The facilities offered are very satisfactory. Excellent security is available around-the-clock, so there are no concerns.

When I visited the Ramky One North address with my mother almost 2 years ago, the incredible amenities blew us away. From the aerobics room and badminton court to the tennis court and swimming pool, it felt like a haven for fitness enthusiasts like me. The common garden and children’s play area were perfect for families, and the library was a thoughtful touch. With features like rainwater harvesting, power backup, and a secure clubhouse, I believe this property is ideal for modern living. Good clubhouse amenities, but given the number of apartments in the complex, they could not be sufficient in the future. We booked a unit immediately at that time and have been living here since then.
