What are the Raunak Maximum City Reviews, Thane, Mumbai?

The Raunak Maximum City seems pretty good to be. I have also checked their floor plan and it seems the apartments are going to be quite spacious and ventilated. Let me share the list I have along with their carpet area:

During my visit to this project, I found that the Raunak Maximum City project area is huge. It is spread across 22 acres of land. Some other specifications of this project are:

• The project is built by one of the most committed real estate developers in Mumbai and Thane: The Raunak Group

• The residents can enjoy 100+ amenities here

• All the apartments are Vaastu Compliant with high ROI guaranteed 

• The Raunak Maximum City Possession date is December 2029

I liked the overall appearance, construction, and specifications of this project and am looking forward to having a 2 BHK here soon. I will, however, wait for a couple of years before finalising a deal.

I was hearing several Raunak Maximum City reviews from my neighbours and since we were also looking for a 2 BHK, we checked it out in April. We learned that this project is providing fully furnished apartments. In fact, the Raunak Maximum City price list is also affordable. The apartments here start from Rs 58 lakhs onwards. You won’t get such affordable properties in Thane so this is where the project tops our list.

Another thing we liked is the Raunak Maximum City location. It is just near Monalisa Lawn And Banquet, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. It is located

At least there are ample number of markets, hospitals, and malls near this project so you can reach them very easily in a short time.
