Raveshia Aryana is a RERA registered project, and the RERA ID is P51800034432. I am impressed with the multiple amenities of this project. Some of its amenities are,

  • Amphitheater

  • Security

  • Gas pipeline

  • Rain water harvesting

  • Party area

  • Sewage treatment plant

  • Power backup

  • Visitor parking

  • Gym

  • Fire safety

Overall, this project is good, however, I am still a bit confused about whether to buy a property here. I am also checking out other properties in this locality like

Rockline The Meridian Tower

. This is also a great project and I might invest here.

Raveshia Aryana offers Vastu compliant layout, and reserved parking for every apartment. Raveshia Aryana unit size includes 2 BHK apartments. When I visited this project the sales team provided me with the following list,

541 sq. ft. to 577 sq. ft.

Grande Signature 2BHK with Spacious Balcony Decks

664 sq. ft. to 672 sq. ft.

It is an under-construction property, and the Raveshia Aryana possession date is March 2026. Overall I liked this project. If you are planning to book an apartment in the Ghatkopar area then you should visit this project.

I visited this project after going through the Raveshia Aryana review from one of my friends. The Raveshia Aryana location is notable. Key areas include MSRTC which is 2.6 km, or 11 mins, Kurla Bus Station (W) which is only 4.9 km or 21 mins, and Ghatkopar Station (W) which is only 0.3 km. Metro stations like Jagruti Nagar is only 1.3 km, and Saki Naka metro station is also 3.2 km. The location has excellent connectivity.

I am interested in this project and I am planning to book an apartment here.
