We bought a property in this project primarily because of the RDB Coconut Grove location. It has everything in its proximity, be it schools, malls, hospitals, markets, etc. We wanted to make sure that our son faces no hassle in travelling to his school, Sentia The Global School; hence, we bought a 3 BHK here on 2023 July.
As for malls, the GSM mall and the JSR mall are within 3 km of the project
Commercial Hubs like Sohini Tech Park are around 11 km from here and the Bollaram Industrial estate is around 2.6 km from here
Miyapur Metro station is also close, around 3.5 km from the project and the Hafizpet railway station is around 4.7 km from here
It has been more than 6 months since we have been living here and are really happy with our decision. I will recommend this project to you.

I visited this project just last month and was quite impressed. I learned that the RDB Coconut Grove possession date was from 1st October 2023 onwards, so the project was ready to move in. Residents here enjoy 24*7 security, water supply, and power backup, along with some other extraordinary amenities like shops within the premises to grab necessary items without much hassle, a green garden to breathe in fresh air, a well-maintained parking facility, a sports area, and others.
I am planning to have a 2 BHK here but have to convince my husband as well, so I will visit it again soon with him. If you ask me, I will rate this project 9/ 10 in my RDB Coconut Grove review, and I am sure you will love it as much as I did.
