My brother informed me that he has recently purchased an apartment in this project. He provided me with the Renaissance Prospero location, which is Kashi Nagar, Byatarayanapura, Bangalore, Karnataka, and asked me to visit. I visited the project and when I reached he was already waiting there for me. We went to his apartment, which is a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1465 sq. ft. The apartment is quite spacious and it receives ample amount of sunlight and fresh air throughout the day. Overall, I loved the property so much that I asked him to inform me if any apartment is available there.

Last week, while trying to find spacious apartments, I came across Renaissance Prospero reviews. From the review, I came to know about the various amenities available to them. Some of those are Children's play area, Indoor games, clubhouse, and Gym. I was surprised to learn that the project also has Rainwater harvesting, which is very rare for a project that was completed in 2005. I am planning to visit the project soon to learn more about it.
