In 2018, I purchased an apartment in the Silver City Phase 2 project. Because one of my friends advised me to invest in this property. It does have amenities like Vaastu compatibility, complete power supply, ATM, guest parking space, intercom, clubhouse, kid's playground, etc. They promised to give me reserved parking after possession. And I've been expecting my open reserved parking for four years now. So this is the point I wanted you to know about in my Silver City Phase 2 review.

Let me share my Silver City Phase 2 review. I booked an apartment on this property. But after the booking and the flat's possession, the Silver City Phase 2 team responded in a very poor manner to me. They did not fulfil the promise they made before booking an apartment. They also neglected to provide periodic maintenance of society to us as individual apartment owners. So I suggest you think twice before purchasing an apartment here.

My grandparents have lived in the Chikhali area for almost 25 years. But whenever I go to their place, I feel like they should move to a new place. So I was thinking of giving them a decent apartment. I searched for affordable properties in the Chikhali area and found Silver City Phase 2. The 1 BHK has a carpet area of 441 sq ft, the 2 BHK has a carpet area of 612 sq ft and the 3 BHK has a carpet area of 811 square feet. So I selected 1 BHK for them for Rs.25 Lakh as there are only 2 people living there. I think it’s a sweet deal honestly.
