We invested in VTP Verve but after a careful discussion with my family, we decided to cancel the booking. The problem we faced is that we were charged Rs. 50,000 when we cancelled the flat. The agent told us that it was the cancellation fee. But as per the RERA guidelines, the booking should be returned if we cancel the booking. So, I would rather request to look for some other projects. Hope this VTP Verve review helped you

I was looking for a flat in Pune. And one of the agents contacted me from VTP Verve. I was really glad to get a relationship manager at VTP Verve. The manager I spoke to was kind and helped me solve my queries. She slowly walked me through the booking process and showed me the apartments as per our requirements.
