I bought an apartment in this Aakriti Miro project. This is a RERA registered project and the RERA ID is P02400002324. The pricing for the Aakriti Miro flats is reasonable. Apartments are priced from Rs. 1.02 to Rs. 1.59 crores. The costs are really reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered. I would also like to highlight a few constructional specifications that this project provides;

• R.C.C wind and zone II seismic loads-resistant frame.

• First-rate AAC blocks set in cement mortar for brick masonry.

• ceramic tiles of the highest quality that are anti-skid and acid resistant.

• Wooden door frame and door with melamine polish and designer hardware with matching lamination.
