What are the Reviews Of Ace Aquacasa, Sector 16, Greater Noida?

I have visited this locality. Though undoubtedly, the construction quality of the Ace Aquacasa project is very good. Nevertheless, I am a little skeptical about the locational disadvantages of this place which I really felt worth mentioning in this Ace Aquacasa review;

• Nearby grocery stores and vegetable markets are insufficient.

• There are some damaged and leaking water pipelines in the area, which causes unmanaged waste and seepage.

• Due to the lack of street lights in the area, travelling at night is dangerous.

• There are lengthy power outages that occur frequently in the area.

• Currently lacking a direct metro link Noida Sector 51 is the closest metro station, located 14 kilometres away.

• It is around 46 kilometres from the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Hence, because of all these shortcomings, I am still in a dilemma about whether to invest in this property or not.

I have booked an apartment in this project and I would love to provide an Ace Aquacasa review. I visited the site and I was satisfied with the materials that they are providing like vitrified tiles for bathroom and living rooms, concealed copper wiring branded CP fittings with granite counter, and in the kitchen, they are providing granite platforms with stainless steel sinks. 

Also in this Ace Aquacasa review, I would like to mention that the project is providing Vastu-compliant apartments along with various other amenities like a pool, a business lounge, and quick access to a medical centre. Additionally, it contains a waiting area that is available only to Ace Aquacasa residents.

I am residing in Greater Noida for a period of 9 years. Recently, I realised that there was a need for me to purchase an apartment. After a lot of house hunting, I finally opted for booking an apartment in the Ace Aquacasa project. The project is an under-construction project and the expected time for possession is December 2023. This project is a RERA-approved one and the RERA ID is UPRERAPRJ6649.

Also, in this Ace Aquacasa review, I would like to say that the price that they charged me was approx Rs. 6.29 K/sq.ft. I have kept my fingers crossed, and I am hoping to get the possession in a hassle-free manner.
