What are the reviews of Ace Divino, Noida Extension, Noida?

I have been looking at houses in Noida. I recently had the opportunity to explore the Ace Divino floor plan. Initially I was impressed with its location advantages, facilities, unit price.  Before I share with you  Ace Divino possession date, let me tell you my changed opinion.

Society is constructed in Sector 1, Greater Noida West. It is a great location for foodies and travellers alike.For medical emergencies, the famous Fortis Hospital is located just 6 km away, while the reputed Aster Public School is located within a 2 km radius. The society is also well-connected to public transportation, with the Noida City Center Metro Station located just 7 km away. I wish the location was better as the project is built in a remote spot. Buyers will need to travel to restaurants, cafes, malls and markets. After dark, the area begins to feel very unsafe.

In the start the sales team shared Ace Divino price which was 88.14L* for 2 BHK. I enquired about the price again. The 3BHK apartment will cost you ₹ 1.47 CR*, 2+study is priced at  ₹ 1.04CR* and the starting price of 4BHK is 1.76CR*The society has a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, children's play area, and a beautifully landscaped garden, a badminton court, basketball court, and tennis court. With the prices, I believe the unit price of Ace Divino is on the higher end. 

The project is registered under the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) with RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ6745. The possession date is expected to be in 2023.Currently, the project is being completed, which makes Ace Divino Construction status as ‘ under construction’. I will give you a short  Ace Divino construction update when the flats are ready to be occupied.

If you are planning to invest here, you should be aware of the builder's lack of responsiveness to buyer queries and complaints and the quality of flats.

Magnificent Ace Divino Noida Extension is a meticulously designed property located in the Noida Extension area which has superb connectivity to neighbouring cities like Ghaziabad and Delhi. The neighbourhood of this property is surrounded by Banks, ATMs, Schools, Hospitals, and other significant areas. This is one of the most crucial reasons why this property interested me. Having visited this property myself, I can surely give Ace Divino Reviews Honestly.
