What are the reviews of Ace Parkway, Sector 150, Noida?

My parents bought a 4 BHK lavish apartment here, and it was quite a wise decision. It is a luxurious residential project in Noida Expressway that I believe is designed to unite your dreams with reality. Ace Parkway unit configuration includes spacious 3 and 4 BHK. It is in the well planned Sector 150 Noida, and the project is a classic living destination for a peaceful, luxurious and ingenious lifestyle. 

Their amenities cover a wide range from 51 unique sports facilities for a fitter lifestyle to temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool, park, party area, clubhouse, gym, power backup, children's play area, common garden and so on. ACE is one of the most famous builders in Noida known for their innovative, indigenous and artistic front in the real estate industry in Delhi NCR. My parents found the Ace Parkway price reasonable, so they finally invested in a 4BHK.

My best friend and I took a 3 BHK apartment here 2 months ago on rent. Till now, the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Let me share my Ace Parkway reviews here.

It’s an exclusive 3-sided open-corner plot that offers apartments in Noida Expressway. In sector 150 Noida, Ace Parkway address is one of the most sought-after with robust social infrastructure. This community falls into one of the most desirable localities of Noida. 

It has quick access to Yamuna Expressway and is well connected to Delhi and Delhi NCR. It is facing approx. 42 acres of Bhagat Singh Park. There are 11 towers with 26 floors and 970 flats. My favourite is the incredible architecture by Hafeez Contractor. Their inspired elevations and landscapes by Sanju Bose impressed me. And Gauri Khan does the beautiful interiors. What adds more trust to the project is it being RERA approved. Ace Parkway RERA number is UPRERAPRJ4514). The property is too good to be missed.

1. Location (Best in Sector 150 and close to Noida-Gnoida expressway + Bang on Shaheed bhagat Singh Park
2.  All facilities: 2 tennis court, 2 badminton court, Handball, Cricket pitch, Football ground and other sports activities.
3. Great landscaping and water bodies planned in the project

5. Currently the builder is doing great in Noida Market. See their latest delivered product in greno west-Divino.
6. Price: It was competitive as compared to market but now it has gone little up but since this is near to possession then this is expected and it's still better than central Noida rates where there is huge drainage of filthy water in central Noida and apartment cost is around 2-3 cr.
7. Most open sector of whole Noida
8. Ace medley mall at the start of sector and Bhutani big commercial is right next to this project.
9. So many sports amenities + Many reputed builders of the country in the sector + low FAR ratio.

I think connectivity to the project and easy accessibility is the thing that matters the most. So let me tell you about the location advantages of this project. The beautifully constructed residences include advantages like easy access to the NPX mall, Ansal Plaza Mall, and the planned Jewar Airport. The following are some of the major location advantages I want to bring to your notice:

• Sector 146 Metro Station: 5 km

• Subway: 2.5 km

• Arya Hospital: 1 km

• Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park: 300m

But personally, I am also looking for some more genuine Ace Parkway review before I make a move here.

In my opinion, Sector 150 is very peaceful to live in. So when I saw this property ad, I decided to give it a visit once. So when I visited the project’s office, the CRM team explained the project in detail. I have seen luxurious amenities in the brochure like a coffee lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, amphitheatre, basketball court, clubhouse, senior citizen park, lift, indoor games, cricket court, toddlers pool, rainwater harvesting, etc. I think the price is fair for amenities like this and the property location. I will have to wait for some more Ace Parkway reviews and think a little more to invest here.

From what I researched, investors should avoid Ace Group. Because even if you as a customer paid 50% of the amount, they still restrict resale, They do not also make suggestions for unit modifications or other changes. However, if you're looking to purchase a flat here, it's superior compared to the other options now on the market. Because this project's location is very promising and can be a good option to live with family. Let’s wait for some more Ace Parkway reviews before making a decision.
