During my property hunt, I discovered this project and visited the site a few months back. The Adani Linkbay address is near RTO Mumbai West, RTO Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai.
Being a family of 7 people, I decided to opt for a 6 BHK (Jodi apartment). However, got to know that the Adani Linkbay price for a Jodi apartment of 2675 Sq.ft. is Rs. 9.5 Cr Onwards. Though I liked the location mainly because of the proximity of the Versova beach (9 mins), I am still holding on to my decision to buy a unit here. As the cost is way beyond my budget.

I visited the site along with my parents. It is an under-construction project, and the expected Adani Linkbay possession date is 31/10/2028. The builder team informed us that this project offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. There is also availability of 6 BHK(Jodi units). It has also received RERA approval and the Adani Linkbay RERA number is P51800047539. Overall, I liked the project, and planning to book a 2 BHK unit here.

I had the same experience and had gone through a similar dilemma regarding buying a unit here. So, I am sharing my experience in this Adani Linkbay review. I was planning to buy an apartment in the Andheri West locality. So, as I visited several projects in and around, I preferred 2 projects namely, Adani Linkbay, and
Transcon Tinseltown. On comparing the prices, I realised that a 3 BHK apartment in the Adani Linkbay would cost me around Rs. 3.53 Cr onwards. Whereas a 3 BHK in Transcon Tinseltown costs Rs. 4.05 Cr. onwards.
Though both the projects are really good ones, I still prefer the Transcon Tinseltown from the price point of view.
