What are the Reviews of Adarsh Park Heights, Varthur, Hobli, Bangalore?

I wanted to visit this project. However, I was going through several Adarsh Park Heights reviews and discovered that the major issue of this project is bad road conditions with immense traffic in that area. In addition, a friend of mine told me that the property had a "Naala" or "drainage" that runs through the centre of it. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with the authenticity of these 2 issues. Thanks in advance.

I just wanted to let you know that when I visited the project, I was informed of a slightly higher Adarsh Park Heights 3 BHK price range. The sales team informed me that the starting price of a 3 BHK of 1800 - 1860 Sq. Ft. is from Rs. 2.06 Cr onwards. The Adarsh Park Heights address is Adarsh Park Heights Sy No 1778 - Gunjur Village Varthur, Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087. I am willing to invest here because of its proximity to my workplace (Pritech Park SEZ 8.4 Km).

This is a RERA, BBMP approved A Khata project in Gunjur, Varthur Hobli, Marathahalli. I booked an apartment here because of the amazing Adarsh Park Heights location. As the core of Bangalore's Silicon Triangle, it provides direct access to Sarjapur ORR, Whitefield, and Electronic City.

Apart from this, it is within a 5 Km distance from my workplace in Brigade Tech Park. 

I am eagerly waiting for the Adarsh Park Heights completion date, which is expected in the year 2026. 

Let me share my experience of visiting this developmental site. Coming to the very first point of the Adarsh Park Heights construction status, it is a new launch project and is under construction. The estimated Adarsh Park Heights possession date is by May 2026.

I believe that investing in this project is a good idea. However, before making any decision please visit the site and do your due diligence.

I have heard so many cases of fraud by builders so I was a little concerned about investing in this project. However, my relatives are also buying an apartment in Adarsh Park Heights and they told me that it’s a completely clear title property. The land is marketable, freehold, and free from all encumbrances. To make it even better, it is a RERA approved project that has received all the necessary approvals from BBMP.

I visited this property next week, so I will share my Adarsh Park Heights review after that.

My job requires me to travel a lot, so I was looking for an apartment that offers great connectivity to several IT centers like Bellandur, Marathahalli, and Whitefield. That’s when my friend told me about Adarsh Park Heights. Due to its proximity to IT hubs and great connectivity, it’s a perfect location for rental housing. Moreover, Belandur Road Railway Station is just 4 km away from this project.

My friend also told me that there are several schools (Delhi Public School East, Greenwood High School, etc.), hospitals (Motherwood, Columbia Asia Hospital, etc.), and malls (Forum Mall, Dmart, etc.) near this project.
