What are the Reviews of Aishwarya Opulence Apartments, Marathahalli, Bangalore?

I have been staying on this project for the last 9 months and sharing my Aishwarya Opulence Apartments review here. It is without a doubt one of the most AMAZING places I have ever been at. It's really secure. You may easily leave your shoes outside your home and hang your clothing outside to dry. They also have security cameras.

Although the structure is somewhat old, the quality of maintenance provided is clearly apparent. You can also get in touch with the manager to arrange for repairs or to deal with the pest issue. He took care of our problems immediately. Overall, I will rate this project a 4 out of 5.

Based on my friend’s suggestion, last year, I visited the Aishwarya Opulence Apartments location. Its exact address is Service Rd, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Marathahalli Village. I loved this project because of its strategic location and better connectivity.

• The KR Puram Railway Station is about 8 kilometers away.

• You can get easy access to major areas like the Outer Ring Road, Sarjapur Main Road, and Marathahalli Main Road.

• The Marathalli bus stop is just 1 minute away.

Talking about the Aishwarya Opulence Apartments possession date, this project was launched in December 2006 and offers ready-to-move-in flats. I finally booked a 2BHK apartment here. 

A few months ago, I purchased a 3 BHK flat in this residential project, so sharing my Aishwarya Opulence Apartments review with you all. According to me, this project has spacious 2 and 3 BHK flats. It offers features including a swimming pool, kids' play area on the terrace, and power backup in every house. As MyGate is being used, the security is also good. 

Since the Marathahalli bus stop is nearby, public transportation is quite handy. The only issue I found is that vehicle noise continuously comes because it's on ORR. Overall, I liked it.
