We recently visited the project, so based on what I know, I am sharing some necessary details about this project. Firstly, the Ajmera Lakeside Paradise configuration is 2 and 3 BHK ready to move in apartments, and one of the greatest advantages of this project is the location. Let me share some more locational benefits of this project. Firstly, the Ajmera Lakeside Paradise address is near Clarion by Choice Hotels, Kenchanahalli Road, which is in Yelahanka, one of the fastest growing areas in Bangalore. 

  • Yelahanka junction is just 15 minutes away

  • NDR Hospital is around 3.5 km from here

  • K Mart is merely 2.7 km away

Also, I liked the Ajmera Lakeside Paradise amenities, which include an amphitheatre, parking security, badminton court, gym, clubhouse, outdoor gaming zone, and so much more.

I can share my Ajmera Lakeside Paradise reviews as we recently bought a 2 BHK apartment here after looking through almost all the potential projects in Yelahanka. From all the options, we found this was the most affordable project with all the facilities we were looking for. The project is located in a really great location, with malls, hospitals, and IT parks nearby. The Ajmera Lakeside Paradise price starts from Rs. 45 lakhs, and it offers amazing amenities such as a landscape garden and yoga deck. I am also sharing the project’s area below.

We have been in search of a good 2 BHK in Bangalore to finally settle down after our marriage. We gave Lakeside Paradise a visit last week, so let me share my experience. The Ajmera Lakeside Paradise address is near Clarion by Choice Hotels, Kenchanahalli Road in Yelahanka. The area is quite developed and booming in the real estate market. So, we think even on the investment front, it would be a great deal to have. The closeness to business hubs, such as the Metropolis and the Northgate would be beneficial. Hospitals like the Cytecare Cancer Hospital, Ramaiah, PWF, Manipal, and more are also not too far. Talking about the Ajmera Lakeside Paradise RERA number, it is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR /180728/001945. Although this looks like our ideal house, we are not rushing into things, because we have another option,

Hello. I would like to share my opinions about Lakeside Paradise, which is being built by the Ajmera Group. The Ajmera group has been in this industry for a good amount of time. My friend, who purchased a flat built by the same builder, shared good words about the quality of their work. So, I checked out the upcoming Ajmera Lakeside Paradise. One of the most appealing features was the amenities. These include a bonfire area, multipurpose hall, library, yoga centre, gym, swimming pool and more. With a starting price of Rs. 74 lakhs, we have kept this in our top two choices. The other project, which is as good as this one, is the

Shriram Solitaire.

The two offer some great features, and we have yet to make up our minds between the two.

The Ajmera Lakeside is an under-construction project in Yelahanka. We made a visit to have a look at their 3 BHK flat. The housing society is being built in a huge area of 10 acres with over 500 apartments. My office is in Manyata Tech Park, which is just over half an hour in a four-wheeler. As per the Bengaluru traffic standards, I would take that offer any day. Plus, the airport isn’t that far from this project. So, location-wise, we feel that this could be a good deal for us. The Ajmera Lakeside Paradise 3 BHK price is somewhere around Rs. 1 crore, which is under our budget. So, we’re thinking of finalising this deal pretty soon. The Ajmera Lakeside Paradise possession date is September 2025, which is good as we aren’t looking to move before 2025. I would say you should give this project a visit if you’re looking for a house in a well-developed housing society.
