What are the reviews of Akruti Orchid Park Mumbai?

My father was looking at a few properties for investment in Mumbai. He heard of Hubtown Akruti Orchid Park reviews. He took me along and asked me to take note of the infrastructure around. I saw that Seven Hills Hospital and Sushrut Hospital are closest. For daily needs, Swagat Super Shoppee is just 1.3 km away. The area was busy but for recreation Powai Lake and Powai Garden are just a few kms away. My father said he would take a download of the EMI options and documentation requirements from the sales guy. We are comparing it with other properties before arriving at a final decision.

I wanted to look at properties in Mumbai after living here for 30 years. I was told about Hubtown Akruti Orchid Park by my colleague. 

I went and checked it, but a few doubts cast my mind. One among them was Hubtown Akruti Orchid Park RERA Number since I wanted to invest in a RERA approved property only. I was told by the associate that the RERA number is A51800000454.  

When I looked at the amenities, I was particularly impressed that there was a dedicated library on the premises. I liked the build of the flat and my interactions with current residents were positive too. I am booking a flat here.

Simran, my niece, wanted to own a house in Mumbai. She looked at several properties. One of the options was a flat in Hubtown Akruti Orchid Park.

She wanted to be clear regarding the Akruti Orchid Park unit size. She was told that the project area was 3 acres and had 9 towers. Each tower had 11 floors and there were 360 units in total. Then to understand the Akruti Orchid Park unit configurations. She asked the sales team.

They told her that 1 and 2 BHK were the only configurations available. The flats ranged from Rs 1.38 Crore Rs to 1.64 Crore Rs. She is considering investment here. I am helping her connect with the loan department of my bank.
