He said they have quite a poor customer service due to their careless attitude. Once you make the full payment, no one replies to emails or picks up the phone. I am thinking of owning an apartment in Altis Ashraya. It is because of their price and overall structure quality. So I visited the site office yesterday to learn more about the details. I saw in their layout plan that they offer 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs.51 Lakhs. It is within the area starting from 832 sq ft. I think the price seems good for this much area and floor quality as compared to other projects in the locality. I will have to look for more Altis Ashraya review before making a decision.
