What are the Reviews of Amoda Valmark Gottigere Bangalore?

My aunt wanted to invest in a property in Gottigere. When she heard about Amoda Valmark, she arranged for a project tour. During the visit to the project, she learned that the:

• Amoda Valmark RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849

• The project has a well-equipped gym and Areobics Room.

• It has a separate children’s play area. 

• A dedicated indoor gaming area is present within its complex

• A spacious clubhouse is there

• CCTV cameras along with fire safety measures are in place 24*7

Amoda Valmark possession date was 2012 so there are ready-to-move-in flats available here now. I will rate this project 5/ 5 and recommend others investing here.

As soon as my friend shared with me a positive review about Amoda Valmark, I planned to check it out. The best part I liked during my visit to the project is the Amoda Valmark location. • Vijayashree Hospitals is 6 minutes away.

• VIBGYOR High School is 8.1 km away. 

• Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is 7.3 km away.

• Royal Meenakshi Mall is 8 minutes away. 

• MK Ahmed Supermart is 7 minutes away.

I was very happy with the availability of transport and the ease of getting essentials. You can definitely invest here

My friend wanted to move into a spacious 2 BHK with his family, so when he heard about this project, he visited the project and enquired about the Amoda Valmark unit configurations. He was provided with a list:

As for the 2BHK flat, he mentioned to me that it is between 85-95 lakh.

He even got a chance to check out the project's interiors and found that the project has:

• Earthquake resistant RCC frame structure.

• Vitrified tiles have been used in the living, kitchen, dining, bedrooms and balconies.

• The main door has a teak wood frame with a veneer finish and melamine polish.

• A granite platform with 20mm thickness along with a stainless steel sink is installed in every kitchen

• Sanitary fittings from branded companies have been installed in the bathrooms

He liked the strategic location of the project and Amoda Valmark as a whole. Since he had the budget, he has finalised a 2 BHK here.
