What are the reviews of Amrutha Heights Phase 2, Whitefield, Bengaluru?

I have gone through several Amrutha Heights Phase 2 reviews and found them really impressive. However, I did not opt for it, as I found the price quite high. The 2 BHK apartments start from Rs 84 lakhs onwards. If you compare the Amrutha Heights price with other apartments in that area, you can find it yourself. But yes, it does have some positive aspects, like

It is near the Hopeform Metro Station

• All the apartments have good ventilation, welcoming natural sunlight and fresh air

• The entire phase is not yet complete and will be wrapped by September 2025

• The apartments have no common walls

I really have to share the Amrutha Heights review. It is one of the most wonderful projects I have ever seen. It is a ready-to-move-in project and my own sister lives there. She has bought a 2 BHK apartment here but you can also get 2.5 and 3 BHK. The Amrutha Heights possession date was 2022 so I know several of its features, and some of them are:

• The project has received RERA approval

• The apartments range from 996- 1286 sq ft

• The walls have been constructed with cement blocks and have cement plastering

• ISI-marked steel and good-quality sand have been used

• The paint quality is really good and I believe they have used Asian paints or some other premium-quality paints

• However, the Phase 2 possession date is September 2025

I would advise you to conduct thorough research before investing your hard-earned money in
