We have been looking for a 2 BHK to buy in Kadugodi. I came across an advertisement for Ankuraa Meridian. I decided to go on a site visit here as my son studies at T.I.M.E.S nearby. I

figured there are several malls, markets, bus stations, and hospitals also located in the vicinity, like:

  • Kadugodi Railway Station- 2km

  • Dr.R.Munisingh Hospital - 4.4km

  • Lakshmi Hospital- 5.6km

  • EuroKids Pre-School Seegehalli- 2 km

  • Ariando Infra Machines Warehouse- 1.1km

Given the social infrastructure around, Ankuraa Meridian's location is great. You can travel to any place easily from this project. Apart from this, some major aspects I liked about this project are 

  • The Ankuraa Meridian project area is 3.38 acres and it has 4 buildings and 336 units in total

  • It is a RERA-approved project and the ID is: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/ PR/151223/006488

  • It also has several exclusive amenities, like

    a skating rink, meditation space, cricket pitch, an open-air theatre and others. 

I highly recommend this project. You can schedule a visit too and check it out.

In need of a property, I went to Ankuraa Median for a site visit here are some details:   The project is located in Whitefield, Kadugodi Bangalore and Ankuraa Meridian. The possession date is June 2026. I was looking for a 2 BHK under Rs. 1.5 crores. I looked at the sample flat and quite liked it. It was decently spacious with ample sunlight coming through the windows. The fact that there is no common wall between flats is a stand-out feature for me, especially in Bangalore. I interacted with the sales team, and they were courteous. They walked me through the amenities and facilities offered in the 4-acre complex.  I have had a positive experience so far if you ask me for my Ankuraa Meridian reviews. I might invest here. My sister visited this project and found the apartments quite spacious. She mentioned the floor plan along with the prices with me so let me share that here for your help:

  • The Ankuraa Meridian 2BHK price is between Rs 1.07 Cr and Rs 1.25 Cr (from 1250 to 1480 sq ft)

  • The Ankuraa Meridian 3BHK price is Rs 1.30 to Rs 1.49 Cr (between 1535 sq ft and 1765 sq ft)

She found the prices quite reasonable based on the specifications of the apartments. She mentioned that they have used high-quality construction materials as promised, like:

  • Charged Vitrified Tiles have been used for all the rooms

  • Teak has been used to craft the doors

  • Premium Emulsion Paint of Asian Paints have been used for the internal walls

  • Weatherproof exterior emulsion paint with a textured finish of Asian Paints for the external walls

  • Branded fittings have been used in the kitchen and bathrooms

I asked her to rate the project out of 5. She gave it a solid 4.7.
