What are the Reviews of Anugraha Enclave Kaggadasapura Bangalore?

My friend wanted to have a 2 BHK in a good project in Bangalore to settle with his family and that is when he came to know about the Anugraha Enclave. He visited the project and learned about the Anugraha Enclave unit configuration in detail. Here is what he shared with me:

He seemed very impressed with the spacious apartment and has finally booked a 2 BHK. I can therefore assure you that it is a great project to invest in. 

My Cousin wanted to buy a house near Kaggadasapura as he wanted to commute to work, in the same area easily. When he checked about Anugraha Enclave he called the sales team and found out about the major project details.

He learned that the Anugraha Enclave RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. The project was free from legal hurdles. Since the project was ready to move he went on a tour and checked out the amenities and found that:

• Anugraha Enclave has an ATM within its complex

• A separate children’s play area.

• Rainwater Harvesting facility

• Intercom Facility 

• Power backup 24*7

He found the amenities provided to be good, spacious and well-equipped. Since the project is ready to move it is a huge positive for him. He wants to book a flat here at the earliest and even rated it 4.8/ 5 in his review. 

We have been living in a rented house in Kaggadasapura for almost a decade so wanted to have a 2 BHK of our own for quite some time. As soon as my friend shared with me an Anugraha Enclave review, I checked it out and loved it mainly because of the Anugraha Enclave location. 

It is located at Kaggadasapura Main Rd, Abbaiah Reddy Layout, Vignan Nagar, Doddanekundi, Kaggadasapura. You can easily access schools, markets, and malls from here like

• National Public School and New Horizon Public School are 5.5 km and 6 Km away respectively.

• Cloud Nine Hospital and ESI Hospital are 17 minutes and 23 minutes away respectively.

• Malleshpalya New Bus Stand is only 0.8 km away from Anugraha Enclave.

• KR Puram Railway Station is 12 minutes away from this project.

• Baiyapanahali Metro Station is 4.4km away.

The connectivity is very good. It seems that the area will further develop and give rise to land appreciation in the future so investing here will be a smart decision.
