We have been looking for a 2 BHK property for quite some time; and during our research, we came across some positive Anvita Ivana reviews and decided to check it out. It is such a wonderful project. 

Let me share the major specifications of this project:

Hello, my wife and I went to check out Anvita Ivana, which is an under-construction project in Kollur. I am sharing Anvita Ivana reviews, based on my impressions of the project. The builder has taken good care when it comes to the carpet area. You can get 2,2.5 and 3 BHK homes here. The carpet areas of 2 and 2.5 BHK flats are 882 sq. ft. and 1155 sq. ft., respectively. However, the 3 BHK has two options for the carpet area, 1218 sq. ft. and 1708 sq. ft. 

The Anvita Ivana location is on Osman Nagar Road, Kollur. This is another thing which kept us interested. This is because Oakridge School and DPS are just 5-10 minutes away, reputed hospitals, such as the Continental and Apollo are within the 5 km range and the Kollur metro station is barely 2 km from here. Looking at all the factors, we have decided to purchase the 2.5 BHK apartment here. You should consider it if you’re looking for a complete package in a housing project.
