Aratt Alchemy One looks premium. I visited this project a few weeks ago. I would also say that the floor plan is really good. I noticed that there were no common walls in the flats. I have checked a few previous projects by Aratt too and I can say that their projects are designed well and space utilisation in the houses are nicely planned.
In Aratt Alchemy One the green spaces and landscaping are absolutely stunning. Aratt Alchemy One price is also decent. You can check the prices below.

I read many Alchemy One by Aratt reviews before I finalised this flat. I visited the flat to check out the society and its amenities. And everything here is perfect. I love the location of the project too. It is located on the Old Madras Road, which is a fantastic locality. It is a secure and safe location with so many hospitals, schools, and grocery marts around.
The Aratt Alchemy RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/091122/005429. I have also read positive things regarding Aratts' building quality. I'm glad I made this investment.

My sister is an owner from their Aratt’s Cityscapes project. I was really impressed with the builder’s construction quality after seeing my sister’s flat. So, I invested in Aratt Alchemy One. I have seen the flats here too. They are huge and get good sunlight and breeze. There is a garden in the society too. The central location of the project also compliments the project. Aratt Alchemy One possession date is Sept 2026.
