What are the reviews of Aratt Firenza Electronic City Bangalore?

My uncle and aunt wanted to see if it would be worth buying properties in Electronic City. My father told them about Aratt Firenza, after which they expressed their interest in seeing it. 

They were impressed with the amenities offered and construction of the building. My Aunt was relieved to find out about the park. She loves to walk and do light exercises and this was just right for her. For my uncle, access to the elevator was a major ask since he struggles with stairs. He was happy with the Elevator access as he would not have to climb the stairs. Overall, they said the society is thoughtfully constructed with needs of children, elders and everyone in mind.

My sister-in-law wanted to make an investment in properties at Electronic City. Their agent suggested Aratt Firenza for a visit. She was happy to know that the flats are built as per Vastu principles. 

She was a little concerned about the security in the flat and checked with the agent about security arrangements. The society is equipped with good security. She also enquired about the parks for elderly to stroll to which she got a positive response. While she liked the property, my cousin had concerns with parking space. I think you should visit the society yourself and take a call accordingly. There are definitely many pros but you should see if they outshine cons.

My friend was looking at properties in Electronic City for a while and that is when he came across many Aratt Firenza reviews. I had also visited Aratt Milano so I had an idea of what to expect. We asked the sales guy to tell us the exact Aratt Firenza location. He said it is in Shikaripalya in Electronic City.

I offered to go along with him and noticed that the locality is rapidly growing with major infrastructural upgrades. There are schools, hospitals and many malls within a few kms. Since the investment is for rental value, I shared my opinion and said that it would reward him richly in terms of land appreciation.
