What are the Reviews of Aratt Royal Citadel Begur Bangalore?

My friend wanted to invest in ready-to-move projects in Bangalore as he was moving there for work. When he learned about Aratt Royal Citadel, he did a quick project tour and highlighted the following details

Aratt Royal Citadel RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. The flats here are free from legal issues.

While he was on the project tour, he was briefed about the project amenities:

• The project has a separate children’s play area.

• Rainwater harvesting and STP measures have been introduced.

• Aratt Royal Citadel contains multiple sports courts.

• A park has been built for the resident's use.

• A clubhouse and an amphitheater have been constructed here.

My friend was very happy after he saw the amenities. Since this was a project ready for possession this made his work even more easier.  He will buy a flat here at the earliest.

While researching a few properties, I came across a few Aratt Royal Citadel reviews. After scanning through them I went and had a project tour. 

Aratt Royal Citadel location is Manipal County Rd, AECS C Block, Begur, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Begur has good bus connectivity from different parts of Bangalore and has seen development over the years.

During the project tour, I understood the important connecting points around the project:

• Chikka Begur Bus Station is only 2 minutes away. Dodda Thoguru Bus Station is 15 minutes away.

• Jayashree Multispeciality Hospital is 2.5 km away and Spring Leaf Hospital is 4.5km away.

• Sri Chaitanya School is 14 minutes away from the project. National Public School is 24 minutes away.

• Star Market and Magizih Supermarket are 0.4 and 0.5 km away respectively.

I felt that the connectivity around Aratt Royal Citadel was very good. So I am planning to book a unit here.

My cousin wanted to invest in projects near Begur. He checked out Aratt Royal Citadel and learned about the project details.  He found that: The total project area is 2.5 acres. There is 1 building consisting of 122 units. 

After learning about the project area. He also checked the project interiors:

• Pre-laminated suede finish for kitchen storage spaces.

• Synthetic acrylic distemper has been used for painting.

• The Teak wood frame for the main door is done with Melamine Polish.

• Aluminium sliding shutter windows have been installed.

• High-quality modular switches with ISI certification have been installed.

The interiors were to his liking and he wanted to book a flat here as soon as possible. Since this project was ready for possession, it turned out to be a huge positive.
