What are the Reviews of Arihant Aspire Panvel Navi Mumbai?

One of my main concerns before purchasing an apartment was to check whether the project is legally verified or not. I got in touch with the builder team of this project, and learned that this is a RERA registered project and the Arihant Aspire RERA number is  P52000014107. They also shared with me the Arihant Aspire unit configuration, 

All the information I had received was quite satisfactory to me and I decided to book a 3 BHK apartment. 

During a conversation with a colleague, I learned about this project. He shared an Arihant Aspire review with me and asked me to check it out. From the review, I learned about the various details of the project, such as its amenities, location, etc. This project has all the basic amenities like a jogging track, indoor games, a skating rink, a library, a party area, a basketball court, a gym, etc. 

Among all the amenities, the spa/steam/sauna, Rain water harvesting, and rainwater harvesting stood out to me. A few days later, I visited the project location, which is Palaspe Phata, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410221. On enquiring about the  Arihant Aspire possession date, I was informed that its expected possession is by December 2026. Overall, I liked this project and I have decided to book a unit here.

I bought a 2BHK flat in this project a few months ago. According to my Arihant Aspire Panvel reviews, this is a fantastic effort that makes me feel good about being a part of this community. The builder's promised quality and amenities, together with the Arihant Aspire project size which is around 16 acres have delighted me. 

I did, however, encounter a few issues with the builder over the Arihant Aspire price for a two-bedroom apartment, which were noted and resolved promptly. I was given December 2026 as Arihant Aspire possession date. Given its proximity to numerous bus routes, hospitals, schools, cult fitness centres, and other establishments, I am extremely happy with its location. It has RERA approval and the Arihant Aspire RERA ID is P52000014107. I think you should check this project out.

I have recently been to the Arihant Aspire location. The exact Arihant Aspire address is Palaspe Phata, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. The location of this project is excellent but it is quite expensive as per their flat size. The sales staff believes that the buyer is a fool. When I said that I didn’t want to purchase a flat here, they tried to trick me with the amenities, and all. They said I wouldn't understand the project until I booked a flat with them. I will give it a 2 out of 5  in my Arihant Aspire Panvel reviews. I found two nearby projects,
