What are the Reviews of ARV Regalia, Pisoli, Pune?

The exact ARV Regalia location is near Punyadham Ashram, Palace Orchard, Pisoli, Pune. I have only been to this property once, but I was astounded by its excellent amenities. You may obtain:

• 2 and 3 BHK apartments that are spacious and nicely designed

• Housekeeping

• Clubhouse

• Community hall

• Vastu compliant

• Maintenance staff

• Lift

• Power backup

• Intercom

• Swimming pool

• Children's play area

• Jogging track, etc.

The ARV Regalia possession date is December 2026, so I'm curious what else they'll be adding. Moreover, I will rate 4 out of 5 to this project in my opinion.

My relative told me about the ARV Regalia Reviews, so I looked them up. It is a wonderful project with a lot of amenities, but if you ask me, I'd recommend checking out the nearby other projects like

. The latter was my favourite. By 2026, the ARV Regalia project will be finished. Gagan Royal Palm will be finished in 2024, and it is more beautiful. I chose to make a reservation for this project because

• It is dispersed over 3 acres, providing for the most sunlight and air possible.

• NIBM Annexe is connected to various parts of the city of Pune by a number of major roads, including NIBM Road, Kondhwa Road, and the Mumbai-Hyderabad Highway. However, the distance between ARV Regalia and NIBM Annexe is 13 kilometers. So, I decided to finalise the flat in Gagan Royal Palm.

We were looking for a larger flat in Pisoli, Pune, and came across ARV Regalia. We have thoroughly explained the project and provided detailed information about the project. The salesperson was really helpful during our purchase process, not only in terms of buying but also in terms of financial possibilities. He provided us with honest answers to all of our inquiries and made the purchasing process easier for us. It is an excellent project. The ARV Regalia completion date as of now is December 2026.

Overall, I think the ARV Regalia price is extremely reasonable. It has all the essential amenities, is located in a nice neighbourhood with schools and retail centers close by, and satisfies our needs.
