It has excellent access to the rest of the city, through the NH-44 (Bellary Road), Doddaballapur Road, Yelahanka Road, and Yelahanka Junction.
Only 1.5 km from the Vidyaranyapura Bus Station
It has close proximity to Manyata Tech Park, Jakkur, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Airport Road, and ORR
I believe that these locational advantages will have a good return on investment.
