What are the Reviews of Arya Hamsa Gottigere Bangalore?

My friend wanted to shift houses from KR Puram to JP Nagar. He felt he would be nearer to his relatives. He checked out many properties there. When he heard of Arya Hamsa, he had a look at the project immediately.

He understood that Arya Hamsa RERA Number is

PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171015/000479

. This meant that the project was free from legal issues. At Arya Hamsa, he was shown the following amenities:

• Arya Hamsa has an ATM inside the premises.

• A park has been built for the residents.

• There are multiple sports courts and an indoor gaming zone.

• Rainwater Harvesting and Fire Safety measures have been implemented.

• A power backup facility is provided along with round-the-clock security.

He was happy with the amenities and decided to purchase a flat here. However, since the project was completed in 2014, the flats are ready to move. This worked well for him, so he booked a 3 BHK flat here.

While looking for properties, I read many Arya Hamsa Review. After looking at them carefully, I decided to make a project visit. The project was very near to my place so it was a quick commute.

Arya Hamsa location is at 80 Feet Road, Royal County, 1st Phase, Gottigere, Kothnur Bangalore. During the project tour, I got accustomed to the nearby hotspots around it. Some of them are as follows:

• Gottigere Bus Station is 2.3 km away. Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagara is 0.4 km away.

• Yelchenhalli Metro Station is 5.1 km away from Arya Hamsa. 

• Vidyashree Hospitals is 2.5 km away. Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is 6.2 km away.

• Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is 5.1 km away. Mitra Academy is 5.6 km away.

• Heritage Fresh is 2 km away. Star Bazaar is 2.9 km away.

The transport connectivity is outstanding. I would like to buy a flat here very soon. 

My brother’s workplace shifted from Majestic to JP Nagar. He wanted to change houses and be near his workplace. When he heard of Arya Hamsa review, he checked the project and felt that he hit the jackpot. 

These were all the details he came to know. The total project area is 6 acres. Arya Hamsa unit configurations are as follows:

Arya Hamsa minimum starting price was Rs. 34.21 lakh. He also saw the project interiors which were made as follows:

• Vitrified tiles have been used in living, bedroom and dining. Anti Skid tiles have been used in Balconies and toilets.

• The main door has a teakwood frame with a moulded design shutter.

• UPVC Sliding windows have been made.

• High-quality modular electrical switches have been installed.

• Exterior emulsion paint for exterior walls and oil-bound distemper has been used for Interior walls.

Since he had a budget of 1 Crore, he went ahead and booked a 3BHK flat here. He liked the interiors and the overall project look. He felt he made a good choice.
