What are the reviews of ASBL Spectra Reviews, Financial District, Hyderabad?

ASBL Spectra is slated to be completed by 2025 but I don’t think they can wrap it up by then. A lot of work is yet to be done and their speed is too slow. Another problem is its cost. They have set their starting price at Rs 1.62 Crore which is just too much. You will get several other 3 BHKs in this area so think twice before investing in this project. 

Another problem is that they increase the price once you book an apartment here. My friend planned to book an apartment here during his second visit but observed them mentioning a higher price. He tried to negotiate the amount and get the booking done but the sales team turned it down. I am totally disappointed and have nothing more to say about this project in this ASBL Spectra review. 

ASBL Spectra is a trending project in Hyderabad and after hearing a lot about it, I finally checked it out in December 2022. The price per sq ft here is between Rs 7800 to Rs 8319. All the 3 BHK apartments will be between Rs 1.54 Cr - Rs 1.83 Cr. It has not yet received its Occupancy Certificate but it is RERA approved. Here are some of the things I loved about the 3 BHK apartments here

• The balconies are truly spacious

• You will get several malls, markets, schools, IT hubs and more near it

• You can buy or even rent apartments here

• It has 4 towers - 4B+G+39 Floors and total 1186 units

• It is stretched across a vast area, almost 8 acres

I will visit this project again sometime this year but if you have anything more to say, please share ASBL Spectra review. I am really interested in this project hence trying to know every minute detail about it.

I believe the society's location is ideal because everything is conveniently located nearby, the roads are excellent, and society employees are friendly and courteous. The swimming pool and parks were clean, and cabs and taxis were readily available. Overall, the society's amenities are satisfactory. The only disadvantage I saw was the ASBL Spectra price, they were offering 3 BHK at 1.48 crore, which was extremely exorbitant and out of my price range. Nonetheless, due to the reputation of the builder and the high quality of the construction. I'd like to have my dream home here. I am currently exploring my home loan options , I hope it works out.

I was fortunate to find this gentleman Pridvi at ASBL Spectra, and the rest has been a pleasant purchase. As a South Indian, I preferred Vastu, and Pridvi knew exactly what I was talking about. They promised me to deliver a Vastu compliant apartment of my preference. In his presentation, he was very transparent regarding property documentations.

When it comes to ASBL Spectra reviews, the outdoor living idea is very distinctive. The best element is the venture's location and the pre-emi cost. We are quite pleased with our purchase and looking forward to seeing it completed, despite the fact that there is still a long way to go (Dec 2025 for completion).

The ASBL Spectra project appealed to me because of its open living balcony idea and high rise with modern facilities such as solar electricity, 24 hour backup for flats and the entire society, electric vehicle charging possibilities, and an exclusive three-bedroom society. I decided to book a flat in the ASBL Spectra project after hearing about it from my coworkers. The sales and CRM processes at ASBL seemed basic to me. Throughout the booking, loan processing, and AOS processes, I had outstanding help and prompt clarifications. I attended an ASBL webinar and was blown away by their technological prowess. Excellent location and features, as well as reasonable rate!

I truly hope they meet the project's quality and timing requirements. As a Spectra buyer, I'm also keeping a watch on ASBL's other initiatives, which are going more quickly.

The development and quality life cycle ASBL put into every phase of the construction has blown me away. At each stage of development, they use a defect life cycle process to promptly detect and resolve engineering-level concerns. As a result, the building's construction quality is excellent. I have paid quite a number of visits to this property in the last few months for finalizing a 3 BHK flat for my sister. Location of a property greatly affects its demand among the citizens. ASBL Spectra a month back with my father. During my visit, I was able to understand why my father was so keen on buying a flat in ASBL Spectra. This property is no bout located in a very supreme location in Hyderabad. The Financial District is decently connected to allparts of the city. But what caught my father’s and my eye were the amenities with which the flats were embellished. ASBL Spectra is flooded with latest amenities and priced according to the facilities they offer. The ASBL Spectra floor plan is also very remarkable considering that they offer apartments ranging from 1980 to 2220 square feet.
