What are the Reviews of Aspire Spaces Ameya, Miyapur, Hyderabad?

Aspire Spaces Ameya location is a spectacular one. It is located in Miyapur. The locational highlights of this project are as follows;

• It is in close proximity to the Miyapur Metro Station, Chandanaga, and Hafeezpet railway stations which is just 15 - 21 minutes away.

• Vikas The Concept School, Kidz Fun and Learn Play School, and MNR Indo English High School are just 6 – 12 minutes away.

• Miyapur and Sireesha Nursing Home are within a distance of 15 - 17 minutes.

I really liked the location. The sales team also provided me with a unit configuration table;

This is located in the Miyapur area of Hyderabad. Aspire Spaces Ameya construction status is still awaiting completion and is being developed by Aspire Spaces Pvt Ltd. The Aspire Spaces Ameya possession date is expected by December 2024. It is offering 2, and 3 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from 1495.00 - 1940.00 sq. ft.

Before booking an apartment here you should visit the site. The builder is providing FREE Ola, and Uber cab facility for the site visit.

According to the area plan, the sizes of the units range from 1210.0 to 1940.0 square feet. Aspire Spaces Ameya, which consists of 9 buildings, has 1066 units.

I was quite excited to buy an apartment in the

Ameya Aspire Spaces

development. However, there are a couple of limitations to the place that is bothering me a lot;

• During the monsoons, Miyapur experiences prolonged power disruptions

• The local area, particularly Kaithammakunta and Meedhikunta, is prone to flooding following heavy rains

• On Miyapur Road, open sewers and manholes annoy commuters and residents

• Toxic effluents released from factories near Jeedimetla and Mallapur pollute the air and water. There are a lot of pharma companies surrounding the project hence, the pollution level will increase to a greater extent

I live with my asthmatic parents. As a result, I am hesitant to invest in this project because it may aggravate my parents' breathing problems in such a filthy area.

Aspire Spaces Ameya in Miyapur, Hyderabad. Last Saturday I visited the site. Overall I had a good experience. The staff was professional. The amenities were good. I am a little concerned about the presence of so many pharma companies around the project, which means the pollution level will be on the higher side. When I asked them about the price, they provided me with the below-given configuration;

I'd like to inquire with the sellers of Aspire Spaces Ameya about the booking fee or the finance process for purchasing a flat in the project. I would appreciate it if you guys share your experience with this project or the builder.

My house search has finally come to an end. I was overjoyed after booking an apartment in this complex. I've looked at a lot of flats before. The major reason I chose this project is because of the amenities it offers. The majority of the flats in the surrounding region include amenities such as a swimming pool and a children's play area. Apart from these common facilities, this project provides all the facilities necessary to maintain your health, such as 

• Banyan Tree - Seating area

• Multifunctional lawn

• Fitness centre

• Gym outside

• Seating plaza jogging track basketball practice court

The presence of a banyan tree seating area astounded me. which I thought was an interesting concept. I am eagerly waiting to be a part of the

Aspire Spaces Ameya family.
