I've booked a 3BHK apartment in Assetz Marq 3 after seeing the spacious Assetz Marq floor plan and reading Assetz builder reviews. This property fulfilled all of my criteria for big rooms and the location advantage. Because it is just 2 km from OMR Road and 3 km from Kadugodi Bus Station & Metro Station. Assetz Marq construction status is ready to move. I found in my research that the Atal Bihari Botanical Garden is in front of the building. And I think the Assetz Marq resale value will be profitable in future as the Assetz Marq location is very promising. From what I read, the Assetz Marq 2.0 possession date is around August 2023. But it can get changed based on the construction. I will share more reviews in the future regarding the property.

I've lived in Assetz Marq phase 1 for more than two years, and I'd like to draw attention to my Assetz Marq complaints. It is about the door issue that has bothered us since we moved in six months ago. We had to pay out of our pockets to have the latches on all 3 bathroom doors fixed because they were all broken. I know that the Assetz Marq floor plan is very good. But let me add one more point here. The front door's lock and handle have now fallen into our hands from the door. And I think we are not supposed to face these problems after paying this much amount. So take your time and take a wise decision.

I found out that the Assetz Marq floor plan and the 3 and 4-bedroom apartments are fantastic. I really appreciate the open area that Marq offers. I have also observed that landscaping is done with great consideration along with the positioning of facilities. Then I recommended a member of my family, and we both purchased apartments in Marq. We both purchased a 3 BHK apartment at Rs.1.20 Crores. The marketing and CRM team has my complete satisfaction in providing a satisfactory response. I am looking forward to the Assetz Marq Phase 2 completion as I want to invest in that project as well.

Hey there,

There are many Assetz Marq 2.0 review but none of them talk about the flats available. There are only 1  unit configurations available in this phase i.e. 3 BHK. The starting price has been marked at 1.04 Cr onwards. Whereas the area of 3 BHK ranges between 1366 sq ft to 1913 Sq. ft. project. My Assetz Marq review will be incomplete without mentioning the construction status of the project. The Assetz Marz project in Whitefield is spread over three phases. In my comment, I will talk about the Assetz Marq 2.0 review. Located off Whitefield-  Hoskote road, the project offers  easy access to the best IT parks in the city. Conveniently located next to the proposed metro station, bus stops, and auto stands. The international airport is a short 45-minute drive. I will give a good Assetz Marq review because of its closeness to entertainment centers like Phoenix Market City, RK Retail, Kino Cinema etc.  It is a perfect place for families because of its closeness to schools like VIBGYOR High School,  Bearys Global Research Triangle,  Inner Circle Municipal Park.
