I think ATS Pristine is one of the most posh housing complexes in Noida. Moreover, it is posh not by its price but it is offensive features and the amenities that it offers. I booked a flat here last year so I can share with you ATS Pristine sector 150 Noida price list.

I think this project is very affordable for a middle-class man. And not just this I think ATS Pristine location is also one of its key USPs.  It is very well connected and it is connected to almost every key road that leads to the capital city.

ATS Noida Sector 150 is not a very good property to invest in. The primary reason why I say this is because of the huge transportation issue this area has. Due to its location, which is quite a long distance from the city's centre, getting to

is rather challenging. You must wait for a very long period for a bus and there are no rickshaws or taxis that enter this area. Another major issue that has forced me to write this ATS Pristine reviews, is that the parking situation is very bad here. My car won't fit in this society complex's parking lot. I also read an ATS builder review that they also lack other essential amenities because the builder took on too many projects and built the complex around other buildings.

I was highly impressed by its location that is the project is located in Sector-150, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Sector-150 is one of the prime locations to dwell as it is very close to Arya Hospital, Noida Expressway, Lotus Greens Broadwalk, and so on. Sector-150 is unquestionably a good spot to call home, with significant facilities nearby. My son studies in the Cambridge school, which is only 4.5 km from the ATS Pristine. However, the metro station of Sector 146 is only 4.8 km away. So after considering its supreme location and connectivity, I opted for this project and now I am extremely happy staying here.
