What are the Avantika The Espino, Chandanagar, Hyderabad Reviews?

My brother went for a guided tour of the project. He said the amenities offered under this project are-

• A PHC with a Pharmacy

• A Court for Cricket Net practice

• There will be a separate children’s Park

• A Library (Knowledge Centre) 

• A properly equipped gym

• A Lawn and Amphitheatre

• There will be facilities for a Creche and Guest Rooms.

These are the details about the interiors of the project:

• Anti-skid ceramic tiles will be used for bathrooms.

• The staircase will be of granite stone.

• In the bedrooms, modular switches of good make will be used.

• An intercom facility will be provided here

The project is fully Vastu-compliant and RERA-approved with no legal hassles. This project should be worth investing in but I would suggest you do it post your own due diligence.

Avantika the Espino project area is 7 Acres with 6 blocks and 10 floors in total. On inquiring with the sales representatives I learned that 550 2 BHK flats will be offered with carpet area between 1084-1300 sq ft. 

For 3BHK there will be 240 flats in total. The size of a 3BHK flat will be ranging from 1450-1779 sq ft. Avantika the Espino 2BHK price will be from Rs. 1.02 crore onwards.

My relative enquired about the project and found out about connectivity -

1. Microsoft is situated close to this project.

2. Forum Sujana and Manjeera Malls are near this project.

3. The project is positioned strategically near educational institutions like Fusion School and Kennedy School.

4. Citizen and SLG hospitals are located nearby.

Given the location and pricing, I think it’s a sweet deal. You can actually think about investing here.

My wife Rini wanted to invest in new and upcoming properties. While doing research she came across reviews of Avatika the Espino. Here are the details that she found out -

Avantika the Espino location is near the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ameenpur Hyderabad. The project will be in the centre of a beautifully designed landscaped garden. This project is a classical example of a man being one with nature.

The property does not have any common walls. The flats are spacious and there is proper provision for ample amounts of ventilation and sunlight. You can check out 2 and 3BHK properties here. We have also scheduled a visit, and will be able to divulge more details post our visit.
