The Hapur Road, which links this project to the city heart of Ghaziabad, is nearby. My friend and I recently went to the Balaji Enclave location. I was amazed with both the location and the amenities it offers. Balaji Enclave is located in Kailash Puram, Krishna Garden Colony, Sadarpur, Ghaziabad. After visiting the site, we found multiple amenities like a clubhouse, a jogging track, a landscape garden, a kids' play area, parking, elevators, and so on. I overall liked it and decided to purchase 2 BHK here. I will rate it 4 out of 5 under my Balaji Enclave review.

As a resident of Balaji Enclave, I found it was a great freehold residential area close to Govind Puram that was also reasonably priced. Everything is available to you here, within a 2 km radius. There are countless stores, marketplaces, and daily necessities all nearby this society. Several excellent schools, including DPS and DELHI MARTHOMA School, are easily accessible. Other than that, you can get easy access to Delhi and Noida via the Raj Nagar Extension Elevated Road, Mohan Nagar Link Road, and Kala Patthar Road. I received the Balaji Enclave possession date for my flat in March 2024.
