My brother purchased a 2 BHK flat here. I visited with him at the project site and we really liked the Balaji Enclave location. The Hapur Road, which links this project to the city heart of Ghaziabad, is nearby. The Eastern Peripheral Motorway and other important locations like Raj Nagar and Kavi Nagar are just 5 km from Govindpuram.
10 minutes away is the Mehrauli Railway Station, which connects to the railway stations in Ghaziabad and Hazrat Nizamuddin. Also, we found the Balaji Enclave unit size quite spacious. Let me share the configuration that we received from the sales team:

My friend and I recently went to the Balaji Enclave location. I was amazed with both the location and the amenities it offers. Balaji Enclave is located in Kailash Puram, Krishna Garden Colony, Sadarpur, Ghaziabad. After visiting the site, we found multiple amenities like a clubhouse, a jogging track, a landscape garden, a kids' play area, parking, elevators, and so on. I overall liked it and decided to purchase 2 BHK here. I will rate it 4 out of 5 under my Balaji Enclave review.

As a resident of Balaji Enclave, I found it was a great freehold residential area close to Govind Puram that was also reasonably priced. Everything is available to you here, within a 2 km radius. There are countless stores, marketplaces, and daily necessities all nearby this society. Several excellent schools, including DPS and DELHI MARTHOMA School, are easily accessible. Other than that, you can get easy access to Delhi and Noida via the Raj Nagar Extension Elevated Road, Mohan Nagar Link Road, and Kala Patthar Road. I received the Balaji Enclave possession date for my flat in March 2024.
