What are the Reviews of Bestech Altura, Sector 79, Gurugram?

I accompanied my friend to this project. It is offering 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The builder team provided us with the following configuration table;

Rs. 2.74 Cr. Onwards

We also found out that this is a RERA-registered project and the Bestech Altura RERA ID is RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/96 of 2017/7(3)/2022/8. Overall, we are impressed with this and my friend is planning to book a 3 BHK here.

Hi,

I visited here a few months back. On enquiring about the Bestech Altura construction update, I got to know that this is a ready to move project and the Bestech Altura possession was done in/from Dec, 2020. I have booked an apartment here and I was charged a booking amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs. This development consists of a total number of 7 sky high towers with 521 units. I really liked the Bestech Altura location. Some of the worth mentioning locational advantages are as follows;

  • NH 48 - 4 Min

  • IGI Airport - 40 Min

  • Rajiv Chowk - 20 Min

  • IFFCO Chowk - 25 Min

  • Delhi Public School - 15 Min

  • DAV Public School - 30 Min

  • Medanta The Medicity - 27 Min

  • Aarvy Healthcare - 20 Min

I think this is a good apartment and investing here was a good choice.

Hi,

Before visiting here, I went through several Bestech Altura reviews. I also reviewed several other projects in Gurugram. One such project was the

BPTP Terra

, which is also a wonderful project. I am a bit confused about which one to choose. However, after comparing both I discovered that buying a 4 BHK unit in BPTP Terra is more profitable as it is offering ready to move 4 BHK apartments starting at Rs. 2.19 Cr. Whereas, the starting price of a 4 BHK unit in Bestech Altura is Rs. 2.74 Cr. Onwards, which is slightly on the higher side. 

However, I am still holding onto my decision, as I am reviewing a few other project in and around Gurugram.
