I was planning to book an apartment in Bharatiya Nikoo homes because I really liked the location. It is located in a strategic location of Thanisandra, Bangalore. Some of its locational advantages are as follows;

  • Kempegowda International Airport which is situated at a distance of 29 km via NH 44

  • Only 2 km from my workplace that is, Manyata Tech Park 

  • It has easy access to central Bangalore through BMTC services.

  • Proposed 23 km - Green Line of Namma Metro Rail (Phase-3)

  • Nearby healthcare facilities are Columbia Asia Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Dental and Medical Hospital, and Aster CMI Hospital.

I believe that these locational advantages will have a good return on investment.

As a result, I visited this project and was so happy to finally find my dream home. This is a RERA-registered project and the RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/210731/004208. The apartments in this project are Vastu compliant. Apart from this the other special highlights of this project are as follows;

  • All the flats are east facing with proper sunlight & air ventilation.

  • They are providing 2 BHK with a single balcony we are providing

  • Providing a Creche area for kids

  • Commercial and retail shops

  • Communal rooftop gardens
