What are the reviews of Bhoomi Lakescape, Thane West?

My Friend wanted to check out upcoming projects in Mumbai. After checking many reviews of Bhoomi Landscape, he decided to take a project tour, where he learnt that,

Bhoomi Lakescape’s project area is 2.5 Acres. I checked the project details and learnt about the amenities offered on the call with the sales team.

This project will have amenities such as a banquet hall, a play area, EV charging points, yoga point, a properly organised gym, and a sit-out area where people can come for peace and calm.

Here are some interesting things about the project's interiors:

• A Balcony will be provided in the Kitchen area

• The Bedrooms will have the required ventilation and sunlight

• Anti-skid ceramic tiles to be put in bathrooms

• Wooden main door of quality make will be done

• White Powder coated sliding aluminium windows with tinted glass in the rooms

I would wait a while and maybe check out some nearby properties though before making a final decision. If anyone else learns anything about this project, please let me know.

I have been looking for a property in Thane West and that is when I came across some Bhoomi Lakescape reviews online. I learned that this project by Bhoomi Group has a lot of promise.

Bhoomi Lakescape location is near Chulha Village Restaurant, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West. The property features two towers of 27 storeys each.

I found some important connecting points:

• Hiranandani Foundation School is only 900 meters from the project.

• Viviana Mall and Korum Mall are 7km and 7.5 km away respectively.

• Anand Nagar Bus Stop is 8 minutes away.

• Hiranandani Hospital is only 1.9 km away from this project.

• Eden R Mart is only 300 meters away.
