All of the city's significant landmarks are within a short driving distance of this project. This is available in a variety of combinations. The flats are big, open, and well-lit, giving you the ideal living experience in one of Pune's finest communities. It is close to large shopping malls, educational institutions, information technology hubs, healthcare facilities, and entertainment centers. 

The Blue Bells Apartment price for a 1 BHK is Rs 62 lakh. This is a must-buy for people wishing to live close to the city but also far from its disturbances because they are conveniently close to the highway and have access to numerous public transportation options. We recently purchased a flat in Blue Bells Apartment, Pashan, and are dealing with lots of problems. It has been extremely difficult and unpleasant.

We met with the project manager today to discuss the issues, but it was such a poor experience that we were unable to speak with him for more than 10 minutes before actually being left speechless and disappointed by his actions. Some of the issues are:

• A large pipe that extends out of the kitchen wall is abnormal and will make it difficult to install tiles. The PM further stated that the issue is present throughout the entire flat series and cannot be fixed. He was not ready to show the other apartments that had the same problem.

• We also needed the cement to be scraped off the kitchen floor because of the enormous pipe, which has been enclosed in cement and is higher than is necessary for cabinet fitting.

This is a lovely society, according to my Blue Bells Apartment review. You can acquire an MNGL gas pipeline, solar water in the morning, and a constant supply of water. Additionally, this society has no extra tank water that was leftover from the last four years. Maintenance cost is also very low.
