This project offers several amenities, but among those I really liked their pet park, retail mall, and skating rink. We also noticed that the project was well maintained. Bollineni Zion is an integrated township constructed by BSCPL Infrastructure on a magnificent total area of 27.5 acres in the heart of OMR, Chennai. The project features a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom flats distributed across 17 buildings with top-of-the-line facilities. The houses in Bollineni ZION come in two configurations and six different layouts. Two-bedroom flats are available in super areas of 885 and 910 sq. ft. The 3 BHK Flat is available in beautiful sizes such as 1080, 1315, 1535, and 1650 sq. ft. extra space.
