What are the reviews of Bollineni Zion, Perumbakkam, Chennai?

I had set a budget of Rs. 80 Lakhs, and I wanted to purchase a 3 BHK unit. After hearing about this, a colleague of mine suggested that I visit this project. Right after going there, I asked for the Bollineni Zion price and unit configuration list. I have added the list below. 

The last thing I asked them was the Bollineni Zion possession date, which was June 2024. After learning that it was a ready to move project, I immediately booked a 3 BHK XL size apartment. 

I have gone through a few Bollineni Zion reviews, before visiting the project. I learned that this project is ready to move and thus I decided to visit the Bollineni Zion location. This project offers several amenities, but among those I really liked their pet park, retail mall, and skating rink. We also noticed that the project was well maintained. I was also informed that this is a RERA registered project, and the Bollineni Zion RERA number, which is TN/01/Building/0458/2020. I bought a 3 BHK apartment here. 

Let’s take a look at my father’s review of the Bollineni Zion project. It's an innovative initiative that allows users to feel the diversity of their surroundings. This gated neighbourhood is like a tiny city in and of itself. A tiny mall with multiplex, cricket pitch, shop space, ATM, food court, creche, clinic, and hypermarket are all part of the Bollineni Zion lifestyle. You can access several locations of the cities from this project with ease. I have listed down some of the location advantages below.

• Al Arabian Delights: 2.1 km

I have something to say about the review of Bollineni Zion. Bollineni Zion is an integrated township constructed by BSCPL Infrastructure on a magnificent total area of 27.5 acres in the heart of OMR, Chennai. The project features a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom flats distributed across 17 buildings with top-of-the-line facilities. The houses in Bollineni ZION come in two configurations and six different layouts. Two-bedroom flats are available in super areas of 885 and 910 sq. ft. The 3 BHK Flat is available in beautiful sizes such as 1080, 1315, 1535, and 1650 sq. ft. extra space.
