My sister visited this project a few months back. While enquiring about the BPTP Terra construction update, she got to know that the project is a ready-to-move one. 

The BPTP Terra launch date was on Mar 2012.  She discovered that all the apartments there were embellished with,

  • smart-curtain control

  • biometric locking

  • appliance automation

  • split ACs in major areas of the home. 

The builder is providing 3 BHK apartments + a home office at 1.67 Cr. 

The price was way beyond our budget. However, overall she liked the property.

My father wanted to invest in real estate. As a result, I discovered and decided to visit the site. The project is really opulent. However, I'd like to mention one of the most significant BPTP Terra complaints; there is a train line 250 metres from the community, and around 30+ trains move by that route every day. Hence, If you book an apartment in this project, you might get bothered by the train noises. I am not very sure whether this point can affect the BPTP Terra resale price or not.
