When I was looking at properties to purchase, I came across Bren Imperia. It is a residential apartment complex constructed by Bren Corporation. The favorable location of this project has made it a perfect choice for families. I will now give you an honest Bren Imperia review from my own experiences there. But let us first look at a few details of this project:
The Bren Imperia project was launched in November 2015 and was completed in March 2021. The development is ready to move in.
The project is divided into phase 1 and phase 2.
The property is quite spacious, the project spans over 16.3 acres.
Amenities present in the project are a heated swimming pool, gym, jogging track, basketball court, clubhouse, cafeteria, billiards room, etc.
There is a wide variety of flats available to rent or buy.
Okay now that we know of a few details about the project, let us continue with my Bren Imperia review. I found the flats are very nicely-ventilated with a lot of open space and big windows. The flooring was impressive, it was apparent that the builders made sure to use the best quality materials from vitrified tiles to ceramic tiles, granite, and Kota stones. I was particularly impressed with the design and interiors, they were modern and classy.
The luxurious1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK flats have state-of-the-art security, power backup, modern elevators, CCTV security and much more. The project location is decent too. You don’t have to worry about finding the best services around. As of now, I didn’t feel that there was anything off. But if you are looking to invest in a property here, I would still recommend you to visit the project personally and get answers to all your questions.
