Sharing my Brigade Courtyard review with you all here. I have been staying here for the last 9 months. Till now, I found it a good place to stay. This property is different from the matchbox multi-story flats that are the norm nowadays. I found Brigade Courtyard unit configuration quite good so I purchased a 3 BHK flat here.
This project consists of four-story blocks that are thoughtfully designed and arranged. I loved the amenities and location of this project. You can get easy connectivity to Sharadamba Temple Road, Karnataka Sangha Road, Jalahalli Road, Yesvantpur Bypass Railway Station, and more. Overall, I will rate this project 8 out of 10.

We loved its well-kept facilities like covered basement parking, well-kept grounds, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The neighbourhood was also quiet. It also had easy access to all the necessities, including a nearby metro station and an ATM right across the street. The fact that a significant portion of the residents were academicians and professionals employed by reputable companies attracted me a lot. So, I booked a 2BHK flat immediately.
My sister has a flat in Brigade Courtyard, HMT Main Road, Jalahalli, Bangalore. I stayed there for a week and I found this an amazing society. The flats here were very wonderful. The surroundings were excellent and there was a lot of green space all around. I found the construction of this project unique. My sister informed me that the Brigade Courtyard price starts at Rs 1.03 Crore. Siddhartha Medical, Apollo Pharmacy, and Mysore Hospital are all conveniently located in case you require any emergency services or medical attention. I will rate this project 5 out of 5 under my Brigade Courtyard review.
