What are the Reviews of Brindavan Layout HSR Layout Bangalore?

My uncle moved to Bangalore from Chennai recently. Since he worked near Silk Board he wanted to find a place which would not take him too much time to commute. When he was browsing about Brindavan Layout, he booked a project visit.

He went to the project venue and found that the Brindavan Layout Rera Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1248/469/PR/210705/004185. Since RERA registration was done already, he was relieved. 

He also checked the project amenities along with the sales team. The project had a gym and a jogging track. An ATM was built inside the premises. Rainwater harvesting measures have also been enforced.

He liked the project amenities. The best part was his commute would be short and he would not have to spend much time in traffic. He wasted no time in booking a flat here. He was happy with his decision.

I wanted to look for properties in Bangalore. I had a long hunt. While I was doing a thorough search I saw many Brindavan Layout Review. The reviews were positive, so I had an inkling to go and look at the project.

Brindavan Layout location is at HSR Layout Bangalore. I arranged a project tour and got to the location. I had been to Bangalore a few times but this area was new for me so I went around and understood the hotspots near the project.

• When we talk about bus connectivity, the Silk Board Bus Stop and Agara Depot stop 3.9 and 5.5 km away respectively.

• Annayya Hospital is 15 minutes away.

• VIBGYOR high school is half a kilometre away. 

• National Public School is at 3.7km distance.

• Village HyperMarket Haralur is 0.6 km away. 

• I loved the amazing connectivity it had with other parts of Bangalore. This was the reason I bought a flat here.

A family member wanted some information regarding properties in Bangalore. My father went with him and for a few days made a huge search. When my father heard of Brindavan Layout, he conveyed the same to him and they went to inspect the project.

He first asked about Brindavan Layout unit configurations. There are only 2 and 3 BHK options available. There were 217 units in four towers with 14 floors each.

He saw some of the flats and liked how they were made. This made it clear that he wanted to invest in a flat here at the earliest. He mentioned that he will rent out the property some years later.
