What are the Reviews of Candeur Crescent, Lingampally, Hyderabad?

I was looking for investment opportunities when I came across a few Candeur Crescent reviews and decided to visit the project. After arriving at the location, I was given a tour of a demo unit. I loved the demo unit and asked them whether it was Vastu-compliant or not. The executive told me that it was and also told me about a few other Candeur Crescent amenities, such as a cycling track, amphitheatre, outdoor gym, perennial garden, pharmacy, supermarket, clinic, steam and sauna room, squash court, terrace sitting area, etc. The project is also great as per connectivity. Rajiv Gandhi Int Airport - 29 kms, Lingampalli Railway Station - 0.2 kms, Gachibowli ORR - 9 kms, and the Raidurg Metro Station - 7.4 kms. I am planning to invest in a 3 BHK apartment here next week. 

My sister bought a 3BHK apartment here a few weeks back, and before buying the apartment, she asked me to visit the location with her. The Candeur Crescent address is next to Sancta Maria International School, Adarsh Nagar Lingampally, Hyderabad. After going there, we looked around the project for some time, and my sister asked about the Candeur Crescent RERA number, which was P02500004515. We also learned about the various other details of the project, such as its amenities, unit configuration, etc. The project only has 2.5 and 3 BHK units, and the Candeur Crescent price starts from Rs. 1.4 Crore. All these were good enough for my sister, and following this, she bought an apartment here.

I am diagnosed with kidney disease and I have to visit my doctor once a week. Both my children work and live in America. I am currently living in the Nalagandla area and I’m struggling to travel to my doctor these days. His clinic is 3 km from my current home. My age is 65 years as of now and I needed a place where I can reach my doctor in less time. One fine day, one of my friends shared his thoughts about this project. It offers 3 BHK apartments in the range of Rs.1.2 to 2.2 crores with a built-up area between 1600 to 2656 sq ft. Then I researched a little bit and found out that it was just 500 m from my doctor’s clinic. So I am still thinking about investing in this project, but I think I will for sure.
